Klaviyo

Connect Klaviyo once, and every completed workflow that captured an email sends a Workflow Completed event to Klaviyo. The event carries the shopper's answers and the recommended products, so you can build segments and flows on it.

Prerequisites

• A Klaviyo account.
• Access to the dashboard.

Connect Klaviyo

Open Integrations → Klaviyo in the dashboard and follow the steps on the card:

1. Create a private API key on Klaviyo. The link on the card opens Klaviyo's key-creation page with the required scopes pre-selected.
2. Paste the key (pk_…) into the card.
3. Test connection verifies the key without saving anything, and answers with the Klaviyo account name. Connect verifies and saves it.

Once connected, the card shows the account name and the date of the last event sent. Disconnect stops the events; your flows and data in Klaviyo are untouched.
