What Ralph is and how the pieces fit together.
Ralph is an AI shopping agent for e-commerce storefronts. It talks with shoppers, answers questions from the shop's own catalog and knowledge, recommends products, and helps carts get to checkout.
The pieces
- The widget: a chat interface embedded on the storefront. Shoppers see it as a discreet bar; it opens into a full conversation with the agent.
- The dashboard: where the merchant configures the agent (appearance, knowledge, shortcuts, guidelines) and reads its conversations, analytics and insights.
- The agent: the AI itself, what it knows, how it answers, and the levers merchants have to shape it.
