Attributes

Every attribute of the <just-ai-agent> element, with types, defaults and parsing rules.

The exhaustive reference of every attribute the <just-ai-agent> element accepts. All values arrive as strings from the DOM; the widget validates them at runtime, and an invalid value is never an error: it silently falls back to the default listed here.

Every attribute is observed: changing one at runtime updates the widget without a page reload. Three are designed to be updated continuously: cart-count, cart-id and tracking-consent. shop, customer-email and customer-id are read when the session is created, so changing them mid-session has no immediate effect (a changed customer identity is picked up on the next page load, which starts a fresh session).

Two traps worth reading twice

locale defaults to fr. On a page with no locale attribute, no window.Shopify.locale and no <html lang>, the widget speaks French. Set the attribute explicitly on headless storefronts.

Only "false" disables tracking. tracking-consent is opt-out: the literal value false (any casing, surrounding whitespace ignored) is the only thing that turns analytics off. "0", "no", "off" or an empty value all keep analytics on.

Product block (block-*)

These apply only when mode="block". The integration guide lives on Product block. Once the block has been saved in the JUST dashboard, the saved configuration travels with the widget session and takes precedence over every attribute below.
